I think if you are looking a place that is one hour away in almost every direction from great hiking, this would be a great base camp. I made some suggestions that would easily make this place a five star experience. I only gave it four, however, would go back because Bevan, the owner, was responsive and open to ideas and feedback, really good guy. It’s a good value compared to places closer to Zion, imo.
