Per HOA policy, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, check in, and stay the entire time. IDs may be checked, and guests under 25 will not be permitted to check in. Thank you for your understanding—we look forward to hosting you!

Grand Panama Resort COA requires a registration fee be paid to them. This is outside any fees already paid to Signature Destinations. The link to register and pay will be sent after booking. The registration fee is $55 and mush be paid whether bringing a vehicle or not. This fee includes one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party. You may get an additional parking pass for $35 for a second vehicle. Maximum of 2 vehicles. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 for the first motorcycle and $35 for the second motorcycle. Maximum of 2 motorcycles. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property. Parking passes and armbands will be available upon guest check-in within the Tower II lobby at the Owner Services desk.

We had the best weekend at the Grand Panama in room 2-704—an amazing view that made the whole stay even more special. We loved it so much we knew this was the place to book again for our family vacation! The location is perfect, with several places within walking distance and even attached to the condo for all your needs—food, drinks, desserts, a convenience store, and shopping. It’s also close to a bowling alley and the pier, so there’s always something fun to do. Already counting down the days until we’re back!
