You are within walking distance to a number of restaurants, eateries and shops, and even putt-putt golf if you feel like getting out on foot. Golden Shores is tucked away on the quaint town of Indian Shores but still close to major shopping, movies, and restaurants just over the nearby bridge. The property has a dock where you can sit on the Intracoastal Waterway and watch the boats, and if your lucky you may catch sight of dolphins playing or manatees grazing. A washer and dryer are right inside the condo for your convenience. There is a trash chute on the backside of the elevator shaft. Free Perks when you rent this condo. The daily use of bicycles are available from the rental office. Registration at the property is required by the association.
