Blue Mountain is a 4 season Ontario`s largest resort area, with lots to do for everyone and for every age! Hiking, golfing, skiing, swimming, kayaking, you name it-we`ve got it!

Basically, you`ll need a car to get around, not much of a public transportation system here. However, there are bus winery and brewery tours. Pick up available at the cottage.

Blue Mountain Village (heart of the area) is only 10-15 min walk
Our private beach is only 5 min by car (NOT within a walking distance)
Collingwood and Thornbury is about 10 min drive (Metro, Loblaws, Walmart).
Discounted ski and snowboard rentals.
BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION, GUESTS MUST AGREE TO THE HOUSE RULES:

- - Maximum occupancy is 14, including adults and children.

- - Security deposit of $1500 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in

- - 2 nights minimum stay is required

- - Once you have made a reservation we will contact you and ask you to provide the following : Full Name & Address ( Required for the Rental Agreement ) Contact Number ( required to confirm the details of your arrival).
Once we receive this information we will send you the reservation confirmation and the rental agreement that will need to be signed and emailed back (municipal requirement)

- Upon check we will ask you to provide a valid ID.

- Other things to Note : Airbnb will charge you a service fee when you make a booking. This service fee is added to any quotes we have given to you and is displayed when you make your booking.

- All guests must be over the age of 25 to book ( excluding families ).

--Smoking is allowed outside ONLY!!!

- - The use of sub woofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property.

--HOT TUB CAN BE USED ONLY TILL 11PM and AFTER 7AM ( as of Sept.15, 2021, new municipal bylaw)

- - No additional guests or visitors allowed.

- - Pillows, comforters, bed linens and bath towels are provided
