The perfect place for a family stay! Plenty of room, and so clean! The host was very quick to answer any questions. The house is so close to the beach, along with other family friendly things.

Overall, this was a great property! It was very clean. The bathrooms are updated. You will love how close it is to Wrightsville beach and nearby shopping. Many nearby restaurants and places to explore. It’s also a short drive to downtown Wilmington and not too far from Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. I liked that it had an outdoor patio area. The listing initially did not disclose that this home is attached to another with adjoining locked doors. You could hear the other renters at times and there was an issue that needed resolved. The owner was responsive and handled it quickly. He was very accommodating and allowed an early check in and a special request we had which was appreciated. Even though the house wasn’t a single family home as we had hoped, it had many pros that would make me consider this property again!

We had a great stay while in town for my stepdaughter’s UNCW orientation. The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location was very convenient — close to Wrightsville Beach, shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
