First floor condo in beautiful Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort

Our condo is on the first floor and has a short walk on the property to the pool, pool bar and beach. The resort area features bike rentals, gym, playground, beach bar, 24 hour security, 2 pools, 2 on-property restaurants, and more!

Kitchen: Bar sink, compact oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig, dishware, flatware, blender, pots and pans, dining table (seats 4), breakfast table (seats 2), toaster, microwave, kettle, cookie sheet, baking dishes, basic cooking supplies

Indoor: 2 flat-screen smart TVs, built-in bunk beds, full bathroom (featuring shower/bathtub combo)

Linens and Starter pack amenities include:
Fresh white linens (sheets) for each bed (fitted, flat, and pillowcases).
One towel bundle per guest will include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth.
Kitchen linens include 2 dish towels, potholders, hand cloth.

Starter pack toiletries include , soap, 2 toilet paper rolls, 1 roll paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pucks.

General: Free WiFi, linens/towels, central A/C & heat, iron/board, hair dryer

Parking: One parking pass provided, $35 fee per additional vehicle (paid to resort)

MOTORCYCLES AND E-BIKES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE RESORT.
Please understand this is a resort rule. If you have a motorcycle it must be parked outside the security gate, near the convention center. Unfortunately, if you have an E-bike, it isn't allowed anywhere on the property. We have heavy vegetation and our buildings are all made of wood.

Other things to note
One pass per vehicle. Should your party require additional vehicles, please let us know as early as possible prior to your stay so that we may call in any additional passes. Payment ($25) for additional passes will be requested at that time.

Initial resort pass is free, any additional vehicle resort passes needed will be charged a $35 by the resort.

You must be 21 to book.

Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.

There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of...

* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.

* No shoes in the hallways.

* No E-Bikes

* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.

And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.

Smoking is allowed outside.
