Bedroom with a double bed, living room with a pull-out couch, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Bathroom includes a tub and toilet. An approx. 6-meter-long balcony, a radio/CD player, and satellite TV are available. The daily rate of EUR 36 (summer) / EUR 38 (winter) includes bed linens and towels. A parking space in front of the house is available to you free of charge! The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from the natural outdoor pool. The surrounding area features beautiful hiking trails (e.g., the treetop trail—approx. 15 km), nearby cross-country ski trails and Nordic walking routes, as well as a ski resort (Großer Arber—approx. 35 km) and an 18-hole golf course (84568 St. Oswald—approx. 10 km). Payment is due in cash upon arrival. The visitor’s tax of 1.60 EUR per adult per night and 0.80 EUR per child per night (under 16 years of age) will be charged separately on site. Check-in and check-out times are by prior arrangement.
