Come and be our "guests" at this family friendly coastal retreat. The "GUEST COTTAGES" is a wonderful beach neighborhood, approximately 3 short blocks walk to the beach. The ideal location puts you in a private residential area of Shore Drive, between the beach and the marsh, to enjoy relaxing while you're on vacation. This idyllic stretch of the S.C. coastline has stunning white sands and blue waters. The "Guest Cottages" community has lush green landscaping, perfectly kept row homes, well maintained grounds and 3 outdoor pools.

Enjoy being the first guest to appreciate the nice, newly renovated interior. The open floor plan is well appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out from the spacious central gathering area, in the middle of the condo. Two main bedrooms, provide a Queen bed with en-suite private bathrooms, while the 3rd & 4th bedrooms (2 Twins each) share a common Jack-n-Jill bathroom (shower stall only). All bathrooms are nicely remodeled, from the showers and vanities, to new flooring.

There is ample seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV for streaming (No Cable). Plus, dining or family game night seating for 6. The galley kitchen offers a nice stock of essentials and full size appliances. Full size washer and dryer within the condo.

There's a great shady front porch to sit and relax. Large open area underneath the house for your personal family hangout; enjoy grilling (Charcoal Only) meals, and picnic table seating for games, beach supplies and outdoor shower. Enjoy the porch swing for salty evening breezes, star gazing and more. Personal or Rental Golf Carts are allowed but NO TRAILERS and NO MOTORCYCLES, please.

The beach access is just a stroll to the end of the road. It's an easy walk to enjoy any of the 3 outdoor pools available for guests use. One pool is within the immediate vicinity of the condo, while the others are within steps, toward the marsh side of the community.

Guest Cottage is conveniently located within minutes, between Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, both will WOW everyone in your group. Both of these huge FUN complexes offer unique places to shop, eat, celebrate & play. Myrtle Beach Boardwalk has the Sky Wheel, a 200' high view of the coastline in a totally enclosed, air conditioned gondala. Stroll the renovated oceanfront boardwalk area, with gift shops, historic arcades & tourists attractions along the old original Pavilion area. Broadway at the Beach has over 30+ great restaurants, water park with go-cart track, and Pelicans baseball games.

Barefoot Landing is famous for golf but loaded with attractions & special nightly events along it's 27 acres of waterfront setting. Plus, the BareFoot Marina offers guided waterway tours, fishing excursions & dinner boat cruises. There are endless specialty boutiques to seek out the perfect take-home souvenir. Enjoy amusement rides & entertainment like theatre musical productions and LIVE appearances at the music venues, complete with fireworks displays weekly, during the summer season. Apache Pier is within minutes for fishing.

* Minimum rental age is 25 years- Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25
* No trailers, campers, motorcycles or RVs
