* Bedroom: Unwind in a comfortable, plush Queen-sized bed. Blackout curtains are provided to ensure a restful night`s sleep. Wake up to a ocean view from the bedroom.
* Kitchen & Dining: Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We provide both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar with seating for three or at the intimate dining table for two.

* Rental Agreement: To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and means no large security deposit is required.
* Amenity Access: Please note that the on-site gym is for owner use only and is not accessible to guests.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of toiletries (like soap and shampoo) and paper products. For longer stays, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
* Beach Gear: Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.
* Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs: Per Resort Policy there are no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RVs allowed on the resort property
Additional Rules: No smoking or vaping inside or on balcony ($250 fee). Registered guests only. Respect the property; damages/missing items charged. Do not take towels/linens to beach. Return parking pass & wristbands to avoid fees.
