Swan Meadow is a private compound consisting of 4 houses/cabins directly on Lake Monomonac In Rindge, New Hampshire, perfect for a family reunion, get together or event.

Cabin 1 has Two Queen size bedrooms and a full bath with an outdoor shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a 6 person dining room/breakfast table with an incredible view of the lake., dock, yard and firepit.

Cabin 2 has a King and Queen size bedroom and a full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room/breakfast island table with an incredible view of the lake., dock, yard and firepit.

The Sauna is a separate building directly on the lake allowing for cold plunges and can be reserved for an Authentic Finnish Wood Burning Sauna Session Included each night of your stay.

The private boat launch Is equipped with kayaks, canoes, and life jackets Included with your stay.

Lake Monomonac is a beautiful clean lake for boating, fishing, skiing and swimming.

There is a public playground across the street from the property that has tennis, basketball, baseball and a soccer field. There are tennis rackets, basketball, baseball and soccer balls available for our guests.

The surrounding area is excellent for walking, running, hiking, biking, skiing, snowmobiling , motorcycle, ATV, and UTV trails.

Close to Mt Monadnock, Mt. Wachusett Pats Peak, Granite Gorge Mountain Peak, and Crotched Mountain. 1 hr from Boston airport, 1 hr from Manchester airport and 4 hours from NYC.

Use clear plastic bags provided for trash and recycling discard in Gray shed outside your front door beside driveway. No loose trash or cans. Unplug all appliances used and turn off lights
Clean and return all dishes, pots, and pans used for cooking. Put used sheets, pillow cases and towels in laundry room hamper. Please leave comforter folded on bed. Open all window curtains.
Box and return all puzzles and games etc. Hang up life jackets to dry. Replace kayaks and canoes to boat launch rack upside down Return bikes and all sporting amenities to the shed on the hill.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only Guests listed on the reservation can have access to the property. Infants must be added as a guest towards the maximum guests allowed.
No one under the age of 18 may use the house, property, without parental supervision. Pets must be on a leash and can't be left in the cabins alone.
Fires must be permitted. Sauna is by appointment.Park in designated parking spaces.
