Welcome to our charming pool home near Disney!

Relax with the whole family in this charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Davenport’s Solana resort community! It is conveniently located near Walt Disney World and everything else that Central Florida has to offer.

Sliding glass doors open out to the pool deck which is enclosed by a screen and is surrounded by high privacy hedges where there are tables, chairs, and pool loungers.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything needed to stay in to prepare meals and entertain.

Solana is a quiet resort in an exclusive gated security neighborhood known for its beautiful Mediterranean style homes. Two blocks away is Solana’s clubhouse which includes a large community pool and hot tub, cabanas and a tiki bar. It also has an 18 hole mini golf course ($2.00 per person), a pickle ball court, a playground, shuffle board, pool table, foosball, ping pong, a fitness room with weight machines and treadmills, as well as an arcade room. (Resort facilities are managed by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental.)

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Remove toys from the pool and return them to the basket.

Double check that the door to the pool from the primary bedroom is locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.

If you use any of the games or puzzles, please return them neatly to their boxes.

I am a long time Disney and Universal fan. I have always dreamed of having a home in Orlando. I have put a lot of my heart into decorating and making this property fun and comfortable.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is gated, which I like a lot. It's quiet and has many permanent residents so it's not as 'touristy' as some of the other communities in the area. I especially love the little club house and all the amenities that it offers.

What makes this property unique

Although it is a short term rental property, I have stocked the kitchen with what I would need to stay there. I personally check it often to make sure that things are in good repair and that it feels like you could live there.
