Each building have the rooftop with a beautiful sea view with outdoor furniture and whirlpool that is available for all the guests. The washing machine and dryer machine are available in each of the building (laundry room). The parking is provided in front of each building and it is free.

The yard of 400m2 is surrounding the house offering swing for kids, small garden with vegetables, two barbecue and pool with sunbathing area.

Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilet, SAT television, free wi-fi, air condition, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, safe box and its own balcony overlooking the swimming pool or side pool view.

Vir is an island in Croatia surrounded by numerous northern Dalmatian islands, 23 km or only 20 minutes drive from the regional center, the city of Zadar; and a 10-minute drive from the historic town of Nin. Since 1976, it has been connected to the mainland by a port bridge, making Vir an integral part of the mainland. There is no toll for crossing the Vir bridge. Grocery shop and various restaurants are also nearby. The nearest beach is Radovanjica (500m), the next beach is Jadro beach (800m).
