*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $149 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $2500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

We welcome wholesome gatherings like family reunions, baby showers, milestone celebrations, and small retreats—but please note that our home is not a venue for house parties or loud events.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $149 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $2500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required and drivers license matching name of guest required.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.*** IF YOU HAVE NOT VACATED THE PROPERTY BY 10:00AM, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $200 FEE.***

5. No house parties, loud music, or jumping off balconies. If police are called for any reason, this will result in immediate eviction without refund.

6. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
