I love creating spaces that feel comfortable, thoughtful, and easy to enjoy. I spend a lot of time traveling myself, so I know how much the little details matter when you stay somewhere new.

I’m originally from the West Coast and split my time between work, travel, and managing this home. Hosting has become something I genuinely enjoy because it allows me to create a place where people can relax, recharge, and feel at home while they’re away.

I try to think about the stay from a guest’s perspective. The home is well maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and designed to be simple to use—from the smart-home features to the comfortable living spaces. My goal is always the same: for guests to walk in and immediately feel like everything has been taken care of.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds in Las Vegas. It is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, while still being close to everything visitors come here to enjoy. The home is located in the Summerlin area, which is known for its parks, walking paths, and mountain views.

One of the things I enjoy most is how close it is to Downtown Summerlin. Guests can easily walk or take a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, the Las Vegas Ballpark, and Red Rock Casino Resort. Red Rock Canyon is also just a short drive away and is one of the most beautiful places in Nevada for hiking, biking, and scenic drives.

Even though the neighborhood feels peaceful and residential, you are still only about 20 to 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to enjoy the excitement of the city and then return to a relaxing place to unwind.

The property is located in a quiet Summerlin neighborhood but is still close to Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Resort, Red Rock Canyon, golf courses, and the Las Vegas Ballpark. Guests can enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby while staying in a calm residential setting.

The home also features convenient parking with both a driveway and garage available for guests. Inside, the space is designed to be comfortable and welcoming whether you are visiting for a short trip, a work stay, or a longer vacation.

I spend time maintaining the home and making sure guests have a smooth experience from arrival to departure. My goal is to create a place where people can relax, feel comfortable, and enjoy everything the Summerlin and Las Vegas area has to offer.
