The Space:

Welcome to Sunkissed, a beautifully situated townhome in the sought-after, gated Barrier Dunes community at the northern tip of Cape San Blas—just before the entrance to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. This peaceful beachfront neighborhood is a year-round favorite, known for its relaxed coastal charm and outstanding amenities.



Barrier Dunes offers something for everyone, including two swimming pools (one Gulf-front with a clubhouse), lighted tennis courts, stocked fishing ponds, and a children’s playground. Sunkissed is conveniently located near the community entrance directly across from the playground, making it an ideal choice for families.



Inside, the townhome comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two spacious king suites, both located on the top floor. Each bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, TV, and access to its own open deck—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day on the beach. The main level boasts an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, inviting living space, and a large deck for outdoor relaxation. A half bath on this level adds extra convenience.



The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything you may need during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and more—making vacation meals easy and enjoyable.



Just across the street, you’ll find access to the scenic Loggerhead Run Bike Path, an eight-mile trail that stretches the length of Cape San Blas from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Cape San Blas Road. It’s perfect for walking, jogging, or biking while taking in the natural beauty of the area.



Sunkissed is a non-smoking property and welcomes up to two dogs (maximum), with a $150 fee per pet. For reservations made through third-party sites such as VRBO or Airbnb, the pet fee will be added to your booking by the office.
