Some areas of our property are undergoing restoration following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Parking is limited to one assigned space per unit, with no overflow available on site. This beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo has both Gulf and pool views. There have been many improvements and updates done by the current owners, including new windows and window treatments, new trex deck and landing, tiled bathroom floors, with plank flooring throughout the remainder of the condo, new sectional sofa, mattresses, linens, towels,and dishes. Also enjoy numerous amenities such as flat screen TVs, Roku streaming, beach chairs, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Vaulted ceilings create a bright and spacious atmosphere. The master bedroom features a queen size bed w private bath. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds w an adjacent private bath.
