Great house and location

We stayed here for a month and it was great. The house is cozy and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, workspace area, and a spacious backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and you’re close to everything. It was a great place to stay and we’d definitely come back.

We have family in the area, so this was an excellent property for us to stay at. We were able to make ourselves at home, cooking and entertaining. We would definitely stay here again!

House in South Tempe

I stayed at this property for all of February. The yard was great for the two dogs that were with me. It was a large fenced in yard, with a good sized AstroTurf area. There was also a lot close by, including parks and trails for walking the dogs.

Great Place

Clean and comfortable. As advertised. Great assortment of books. My only suggestion would be a new couch. The couch is saggy and low to the ground. It would be difficult to use for people with mobility issues or older folks. We enjoyed our stay.

Really clean wonderful place. My only gripe is that my husband and I are both 6'1. The beds were banister beds and neither one of us fit in them very well.

First time using Vacasa!

We had a comfortable, relaxing, quiet stay. The appliances are all new, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has been remodeled and updated. The only issue was the code for the lock box did not work when we arrived. But we called in and immediately got a new code that worked fine. If the home is available, we plan to stay there again!

Awesome location. Close to several amenities. Nice safe and cute neighborhood with lots of walking options if you enjoy going for a walk. HUGE yard. Great stocked kitchen. Shower is great along with thr shower pressure. Not able to access garage which during the winter is fine, but during summer would be nice so your car doesn’t get hot. The two bedrooms are a nice size. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would stay here again.

Such an AMAZING SPACE

This home was perfect for me and my dog! As a single woman, safety comes first for me. This home was in a nice residential area and I never felt more safe. Additionally, little details were included to make me feel even safer - an extra barrier (wooden pole in the track) for the sliding glass door, outdoor lighting for both the front and back yard, and deadbolts. The bed was comfortable, the wi-fi fast (I'm a remote worker), the bedding was glorious, the decor was just perfect, it came with a nice washer and dryer, the shower had great water pressure, and the temperature was easy to adjust. The fenced back yard is beautifully landscaped and includes nice outdoor furniture. My dog was comfortable from the minute we got there which says and lot. I slept great (which I never do when traveling). Honestly, I can't wait to get back to this place next year!

Dog friendly, quiet neighborhood

The best part of this home is that the yard is totally secure to keep my little ones safe and secure. The artificial turf was a bonus, a place for them to relax in the sun. The tile floors were pet friendly although we went to move a single area rug and it was obvious that housekeeping had failed to move it. Management was quick to respond even though they were not requested to come finish cleaning. Our only concern was when the gardeners came to clean the yards. Knowing we had 2 small dogs, they went ahead a sprayed weed killer in the back yard. This can be potentially harmful to pets, so make sure they know not to spray the back yard if you go with a pet. The only minus on cleaning was that the patio table had not been cleaned in awhile ( or no one had been there to rent in awhile) There are 2 queen beds with the same very firm mattress. Not the most comfortable for us. They might think about adding a softer mattress topper to one of them so there’s a choice. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer/dryer was a plus. Would we return for another stay? You bet.
