Everything appears clean. I found some nasty stains on the backside of one of the pillows. The house is very minimal, basically just a place to sleep. Location of property is in a poor area, where there may be a higher crime rate.

We had a wonderful stay! Mel was an excellent host… responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our visit. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us and very close to where we needed to be. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that would be within walking distance if it weren’t for the Phoenix heat! Overall, it was the perfect place for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Mel, for being such a great host!

The unit was nice and updated. It had everything we would’ve needed and was located in a convenient location in Phoenix. It was a very comfortable stay, though the neighborhood seemed a little seedy; however, we didn’t have any problems. The unit could’ve been a little cleaner upon arrival but otherwise was a good stay.
