This home is beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing getaway! The house was clean and the hosts were helpful and attentive. The hot air balloons flying right outside the yard was magical!

Lovely house, lovely weekend

My family and I stayed here on my wedding weekend and we all loved it. We were able to keep in contact with Vacasa and they quickly got back to me whenever I had any questions about the house.

LOVED THIS STAY!!

The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Very clean and a perfect house for any time. We had a slight issue but they helped us even on Thanksgiving!! This house is a true gem and if ever in Wine Country again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

The cutest houses

We loved that it had a separate house. We let our bridal party stay in the main house while we stayed in the “guest” house. It was a perfect combo of being together and alone!

8/10 Good

Some good and some bad.

The bedrooms of this home were quite lovely, nice clean bedding. The yard was run down, broken signs, water fountain filled with green mold. In the kitchen there was no ice, no coffee pods for the specific coffee maker, no can opener. There was an opened and used bag of ice inside the freezer. Gross.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, we are so pleased that you found the bedrooms pretty and comfortable! We apologize that the yard could have used some extra TLC and that some kitchen items were missing. We have shared this with the local team and we appreciate your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon.

The property was very nice, more spacious than photos, and clean, but the experience we had with the management of the property was subpar and we would not recommend. At midnight on the final night, after spending time as a group in the main house, the keypad lock to the casita died without any warning and I was completely locked out, with all my belongings (including medications) inside.I spent an hour (until 1am) on the phone with or waiting for a response from the property management company (10 min of the initial 15 min call were spent getting the representative to understand that I was locked out of the casita not the main house), at which point I was told that there was nothing to be done until someone could come out in the morning. While there was a lockbox with a physical key for the main house, there was no lockbox for the casita, and I was stuck for the night. Thankfully our group was not fully at capacity & I was able to get a few hours of sleep on the couch-and my medications were not time sensitive-but the lack of planning and systems left much to be desired, especially for a management company the size of Vacasa; to not have failsafes and backups for all locks on a property is a major oversight and safety risk.I have to thank the local property manager, Elizabeth, who text messaged at 1am after I got off the phone and was at the house by 6am to open the casita.Overall, the house was very nice, but I do not feel confident in returning to a Vacasa property.
