Clean lines and comfortable spots to relax make this home a fabulous retreat after a day of golf or exploration. All ground floor, no one will have to struggle with stairs in order to wind down here. Let a fire blaze in the gas fireplace for warmth or ambiance. The full kitchen, tastefully decorated in a slate grey color, features full-sized appliances and cooking tools to help you put together delicious vacation meals. Central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable inside. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy access to an en suite bathroom, but each bedroom features a ceiling fan for extra sleeping comfort. In addition to everything at this home, guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay. Of course, the crisp desert air always comes free.

Review of stay at 16 Alfaro

Pros: The property and condo was in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable. Good location. Cons: Didn't get key codes to get in to the condo until texting them the 2nd day we were there. Doors lock behind you everytime they shut. Workers were there every morning at 8am re-roofing the condo. They started at 8am and were there all day. Very annoying. We were not informed this wouuld be going on and it woke us all up every morning. They were sawing and hammering the roof tiles. Would have found a different place if we had known that. We flew in at 8am on the morning of our check in and check in is 4pm. I tried to get an earlier check in but they would not allow. Even if we offered to pay some to do so. No one was in the condo before us so that wasn't the problem.

comfortable but needs some attention

Pro: Very well decorated modern condo. Beds were extremely comfortable and they had every amenity needed. Our family of 5 fit perfectly and had the best time. Con: clean towels were wet in the cupboard, no hot water (made showers few and fast), and hair on towels (bath, swimming and hand towels all had long hairs on them). All of these are easily fixed, and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house!!

The house was incredibly clean, in pleasant, quite and very nice neighborhood, conveniently close to restaurants and shopping centers. The staff was at the resort were very helpful and nice. Special appreciation and thanks to Caitlyn from Vacasa office for being extremely pleasant and helpful. Definitely we will be back in the future and recommend all our friends. Thanks!!
