Pack up the family for a relaxing Palm Springs getaway! Spend the day swimming or floating in the saltwater pool (heated for a fee), or lounging around the large back yard. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped for creating spectacular meals, just as if you were at home. The desert evenings are perfect for gathering around the glass fire table with your favourite drink or soaking in the spa (heated for a fee) under the stars. Please note this is a residential noise sensitive community, and we want to ensure all our guests will follow the city ordinances. We will provide the city ordinances at the time of booking and again at the time of check in.

WHAT'S NEARBY Bring the family to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway where you will ascend up Mt. San Jacinto to over 8,000 feet to experience spectacular views of the Coachella Valley, just under seven miles away. If you crave nature, head to Indian Canyons hiking trails (just under 8 miles away) and hike through rocky terrain to end at majestic waterfalls. Just over four miles away is City centre Palm Springs for endless shopping, dining, and nightlife. Golfers will love being less than two miles from the Escena Golf Club.

The pictures of tge house did not capture the actual truth. The grill in tge pictures was not tge broken grill at the house, for example. I rented tge house because it had a high rating. It really should be a 4.0 rating tops. All the pool furniture was in rough shape. Plastic chairs were broken, cloth furniture like chase chairs were so stained, I would not use them.The Casago people who manage it, were not much help. I certainly will not rent this property again.

We loved this house. The check in process was easy! The managment company communicated effectively. When we had a problem with the key sticking iin the lock, they sent someone right over who changed the lock and gave us a new key. The house itself is perfect for two or more. It had everything we needed. It stayed cool even in the hot July weather. The best of all was the salt water pool with plenty of pool toys, beach towels easy on bare feet grass and shaded areas. Being well over 100 degrees we swam in the evening. Fair warning: there are plenty of keep the noise down warnings after 9:00 or 10:00 PM, but we are just and older couple, so being noisy wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend this house!

This home is a perfect option for the desert. It is close to downtown Palm Springs and not far from Palm Desert. My family loved the pool and hot tub. It can be heated and that's a huge bonus since the weather fluctuated from really hot to warm during our stay. It is a super luxurious pool. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. The home is spacious with updated baths and comfortable beds. Lots of room. I would stay there again.

Loved the location and the pool! We paid to have the pool heated, but they delivered…it was great! We biked on the CV Link trail which was only a couple of blocks away. Hosts were very responsive! We would love to go back!

Thanksgiving Holiday Escape

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and found the home was complete with everything we needed to cook and relax for the holiday weekend. The backyard is a 5 star feature of the property. The pool and spa are perfect and the grass areas were perfect for playing with our dog. The location was close to town and everywhere we wanted to go.

Family of four from San Francisco we definitely enjoyed the warm weather, pool and landscape lighting in the evening. We enjoyed spending a lot of our time in the open kitchen when not outside in the pool. The A/C works great 👍
