Great stay! Booking was easy and the property was just what we needed for our short visit with family. Cozy feel with all essentials provided - a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.
Great space for my work trip in Tucson. Small, gated yard for my dog. Comfy beds and the area was very quiet. The morning donuts were a great surprise. Thanks again!
Appreciated the central location and eclectic neighborhood. The property had most everything we needed and we enjoyed the front porch and side yard. My niece and nephew thoroughly enjoyed the donut surprise our first morning!

A nice quiet place
This had everything we needed and it was quiet. We enjoyed the complementary Duncan Donuts delivered the first morning.
We loved our stay for U of A homecoming in Tucson. It was perfect for the occasion, and we loved our Dunkin Donuts pastries we received on our first morning. Highly recommend. Thanks!
Property was well maintained and stocked with nice accessories. Location was excellent since most things we wanted to see and do were within half-hour drive. Easy check-in/check-out processes. Communication was slow and Vacasa didn't really know some details. Like the garbage bins are behind the parking area and shared with the next unit. Found this out from Jeff at Fort Lowell Realty(management company).

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced during your stay. We appreciate your feedback as means to improve in the future. We do hope we will have another chance to host your stay.
The place is cozy! We had our 9-month-old, 28-pound puppy with us and the space worked well. There is a small fenced in area off the kitchen at the back of the place that he could go in and out freely. Note that the side seated area is not fenced in. Also note that there are no condiments (i.e. salt and pepper). Not a big deal, just good to know. Very nice neighborhood; very quiet. would st

Shelly, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are glad you enjoyed our lovely home.
While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

Inside the house and around the front door was super clean, a nice cute little unit. Really one of the better VRBO's we have been in.
The open area outside, looking at the front door to the left, is a shared space for the complex. We had to clean it up a bit before using. There was a bug problem in that area. We cleaned up and got some bug spray so we made that work and really enjoyed warm Tucson nights.
We had an unusual experience the owner would have control over it, but we question the safety of the neighborhood.
