Centrally located to TC, pleasant stay

We visited TC for the first time during Cherry festival season and we were so pleased that this VRBO is so centrally located. Part of our party was staying at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa, while others were closer to downtown TC like us.. and we found that we were perfectly situated. Pleasant drive almost anywhere we wanted to go. Even driving to Glen Arbor for a kayak adventure wasn't terrible of a drive. VRBO was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and it was quiet. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

We were very happy with the affordable accommodations - kitchen, living areas were spacious, bathrooms & showers were nice. The beds were super comfy! Would recommend that a foam topper be added to use on the pullout sofa as it was too hard to sleep on; had to share a bed which wasn’t anticipated. The building was secure and location was perfect. Overall we loved the residence and would stay again!

Overall, we had a nice stay! The only drawbacks were that the patio furniture was in poor condition and literally falling apart, and the bedding wasn’t ideal. There was no middle sheet on the beds—just an empty duvet cover being used as a sheet, which didn’t feel very comfortable or clean. It gave the impression that the bedding quality wasn’t the best.

It was a very nice place. Quite attractive. Good parking and easy entrance. Felt very safe. Never noticed any road noise that many people mentioned in their comments. However, the people above us were noisy (floor stomping - a child running?) until past 11:00. I couldn't sleep on the mattress so I had 4 nights sitting up or on the couch. I would encourage your clean-up crew to do the tops of the floor moldings. There was alot of dust collected in the bathroom. The mattress is why I probably won't be able to return. Everything else is minor. Thanks for making it nice.

IKEA showroom

The condo looked like it was straight out of IKEA. It was really cute and did look exactly like the pictures on the listing. I really liked all of the extra amenities like the robes, games, coffee, etc. Although the decorating was nicely done, the furniture was very uncomfortable and the beds were extra firm. The cleanliness of the place was also an issue. The dust on the ceiling fans was very noticeable as was the dust on the open kitchen shelves and the collection of dust bunnies on the floor next to the TV. My co-worker had to wash her sheets before sleeping on them as she found a smear of something on them.
