My dog and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely private home in Tulsa. The interior has been beautifully renovated and is quite roomy, and the owner was incredibly friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is undergoing some changes, but overall, this remodeled house was just perfect and cozy! I slept so good!

I'm a visual artist who splits my practice between Miami Beach and Tulsa, having relocated to Oklahoma in 2023 to explore its rich history and culture.

I've lived in Costa Rica, Argentina, Japan, and Switzerland since 1998, bringing global influences to my work. The Midwest has become my new inspiration, while my years in Asia shaped the simple, thoughtful design of this space that once served as both my home and studio.

Why they chose this property

A rare blend of history, art, comfort, and location, close to everything, yet calm and private. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds: quiet residential charm with quick access to Tulsa’s top spots.

What makes this property unique

A story.
A hidden artist retreat.
A 115-year-old historic home.
A private urban escape.
Route 66.
Downtown views.
A creative workspace.
A place that feels tucked away yet minutes from everything.
