Please read listing carefully. Relax in a spacious private room with your own bathroom & TV. Just 20 mins from RDU Airport, and 5-10 from major outlets & shopping centers. Enjoy shared access to the kitchen, laundry, and 23rd Floor Amenities. 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The host lives in the property and respects your privacy. Perfect for solo or business travelers in a quiet, safe neighborhood with parking and quick access to Raleigh top spots. The living room, kitchen, and laundry are all shared spaces. I live in the property in one of the bedrooms but am usually quiet and in my room. There are upstairs amenities! Guest can use the kitchen and common areas I just ask that they keep it neat and clean up after themselves.
