Great place on a quiet street. Pool was wonderful and the home is beautifully decorated as well as stocked with everything you would need. Communication was excellent! Monique reached out to us on several occasions to make sure we were comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

The house was very clean, comfortable and had lots of little extras to make the stay stress free (snacks, toiletries, beach supplies, Roku tvs, kitchen supplies, etc). Location was super easy to get to downtown, lido beach, siesta, etc.Highly recommend this rental!

The house looked recently updated and was decorated simply and beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax on the front porch and the living area. The pool area was amazing with the palm trees providing shade. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience with this house! It was very clean. The location was very convenient to both downtown and beaches. The host was very accommodating and communicative. And you really can't beat have a nice heated pool right in the backyard.We will definitely consider staying here again if we are back in Sarasota!

Appreciate having plenty of supplies (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels); laundry soap; towels & wash cloths!One real concern was no rail to enter/exit the pool. Our group was 60-77 ages and it was tricky. a blender would have been nice for the margaritas! Location was perfect - easy drive to everything we wanted to do. Beach chairs & cooler - BONUS!Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Sarasota. This home is a perfect location for restaurants and beach fun. My family personally loved turtle and lido beaches. Monique was very helpful and quick to respond to questions about property. The house is newly furnished and very clean. Monique is a wonderful hosts and had coffee and a few snacks available when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked if you want a break from eating out and want to make a meal at home. The pool was wonderful. Our family enjoyed many evening swims. We would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with details that truly set it apart from any other vacation rental we’ve experienced. The welcome kit was such a kind touch, and the bathroom amenities felt more like a boutique hotel than a rental, everything from accessories to small conveniences we didn’t even know we’d need.The location couldn’t have been better.
