Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Make sure all dishes are washed 2. Throw your trash in the alley. 3. Leave all used towels in one pile in bathroom floor. 5. Please leave Urban Casa in the same condition as you found it.
1. No wild parties. If you spill something, broom and mops are in the closet. 2. Keep door closed: if you want to avoid mosquitos and flies.
3. Respect your neighbors. There many cool people that live in the building. Always keep it cool. 4. Turn off the lights and AC. 5. Make sure all windows are closed and latched.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or parties. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Respect neighbors. Only registered guests allowed. Dispose trash properly and follow all house.
