Step inside and the mood is immediate. The home flows effortlessly between the living room, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen — built for gathering, not just sleeping. The spacious living room invites you in with layered desert tones, generous seating, a 65” Smart TV, and the signature Sandstone mural anchoring the space in warmth and character.

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, serveware, filtered water, a Keurig, and drip coffee maker — ideal for slow mornings or shared dinners before heading out. Four bar stools line the kitchen counter, creating an easy place to gather while meals are prepared. The indoor dining table seats eight and opens through sliding doors directly to the backyard, where an additional outdoor dining table seats up to ten. Together, the spaces create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow that comfortably accommodates your entire group — whether it’s a celebratory dinner, birthday brunch, or pre-festival gathering.

Pool/Spa:
The in-ground pool (heating available for a daily fee) shimmers beneath open skies, while the separately controlled spa offers a slower pace when the day winds down. The fire table and Adirondack chairs create a natural gathering point, and the outdoor kitchen with natural gas grill features bar seating perfect for casual bites between swims.

It’s immersive, sophisticated, and unlike anything else nearby.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms.
The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, couch, desk workspace, and private patio access. The en suite bath includes a walk-in shower and double vanity. Inside the spacious closet, a dedicated wellness corner offers a Peloton bike, yoga mats, and Pilates kit — plus a pack-n-play for families.

Two additional bedrooms offer king beds and Smart TVs. Two more bedrooms each feature two queen beds and Smart TVs, making the layout ideal for festival groups, golf trips, or multi-family stays. Blackout curtains throughout ensure deep rest, and outlet extenders with USB ports at every bedside make charging effortless.

Two additional full bathrooms — one with a double vanity and shower/tub combo — are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and makeup remover wipes.
