Located in a well-maintained condominium in Costa Rei, it is within easy reach of all amenities. The sandy beach is not far away and there is also a communal swimming pool nearby for which a daily ticket or weekly subscription is charged (usually open from late June to early September). Nearby there is also a well-kept market with local products twice a week.
The covered veranda from which there is a splendid sea view is very beautiful. The garden is lawned, bordered by hedges and fully enclosed. There is also a comfortable barbecue area and an outdoor shower.
The house is totally independent and fully fenced. It is on two levels (ground floor and loft) and has a large living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, a separate kitchenette, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds. In the loft (accessible by an internal staircase) there are two single beds that can be joined to accommodate a second couple. Among the amenities are satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioning, kitchenette with stove, fridge with freezer, American coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.
Costa Rei is the ideal location for a pleasant beach holiday in southern Sardinia. The beach is suitable for all ages. It also offers all the main services.
