Welcome to our 6-bedroom villa, tucked away from the busy Tulum. This remarkable property is an architectural masterpiece, featuring two parallel volumes that offer the perfect location for your dream vacation. With its double-height living room, open-space fully equipped kitchen & dining area, lock-off suite, and 5 additional en-suite bedrooms, our villa promises an unforgettable escape for you and your loved ones.

Clem, my co-host, and her team will greet you upon arrival and serve as your expert concierge during your stay. She can arrange everything from airport transfers, tours, restaurant reservations, and groceries, to any number of high-touch services. She's lived here for a while so knows Tulum's hidden gems as well as its trendiest foodie spots.

This is a uniquely secluded and magical place to stay in Tulum — close to nature and history, the villa is located in the famous residential neighborhood called La Veleta. Taboo and the Tulum ruins are less than 10 minutes away by car. From the villa, you're within a 10-min drive to downtown Tulum, including groceries, restaurants, bars, etc.
 
Surrounded by a very high electric fence, this residential area is very safe, there are police rounds every 20min.

There's also the option of Luxury VIP SUV which is $299 one way / $585 round trip for up to 5 people.

An extra fee may apply if party members land in different terminals or outside business hours.

While we usually recommend to rent a car for more flexibility, we will give numerous contacts of trusted taxi drivers upon arrival, kindly note that taxis in Tulum can quickly become expensive, we also offer private driver options during the length of your stay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Water shortages and power outages are not uncommon in Tulum right now. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens but want you to be aware of the possibility in advance.

We do need to mention that Tulum has been having a construction boom the past 3 years. There are literally hundreds of new buildings going up. Kindly note that you will experience construction noise from the surrounding area from 8am to 6pm, Mon-Fri, and 8am to 2pm on Sat. Noise is unfortunately unpredictable. If you’re planning on venturing and being out and about during day time this should not affect your stay. Some days you can’t hear anything, some days you can. A couple of guests have mentioned the noise to us, the vast majority have not. It’s not under our control except to let guests know about the possibility for noise in advance, so wanted to give you a heads up. And unfortunately, it's hard to avoid construction in Tulum unless you stay in the hotel zone on the beach.
