The condo was amazing - spacious and beautifully done. The view was incredible! There are lots of little hotels within walking distance to eat at and the food was fantastic! Our host Fernando was so great organizing food to be at the condo before we arrived and transport as well as all the little things we needed over the trip. The only drawback was the beach isn't soft white sand and you need water shoes to go in because it's rocky but honestly it was not enough of a drawback to go. We will be rebooking for sure!!!Thanks to Samson Waters and especially Fernando!

The condo was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. The place was very spacious and have all the amenities that made our stay very comfortable. It was right on the beach and I love the comfortable seating on the balcony where I could spend hours reading and watching the ocean waves. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinner for our family of 5. We also did laundry a few times, which was great as we didn't have to pack an entire week of clothing. It took about 20 minutes to go to supermarket, but there are restaurants within walking distances from the condo. Dreams Tulum was just down the road and we bought a day pass and spent a day there. Overall, the price was very good for our family of 5, the location was great (quiet but not far from town), and the place was very comfortable. We'd highly recommend it and we will definitely rent this again when we come back to Tulum.
