Gather used towels and store extra beds

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Put all used towels on bathroom floors (preferably not on the rugs) 2. Put ALL ceiling fan and TV remotes back in each room 3. Logout of all streaming apps on all TVs
4. Take trash & recycling out (to the right of the front porch) 5. Turn off ALL lights and close blinds & curtains 6. Remove sofa sleeper bedding and fold back into couch and put cushions on.
7. Wash any/all pots/pans & leave to dry in the dish rack. The dish rack is located under the kitchen sink. 6. Put ALL dirty dishes in the dishwasher 7. Lock both doors & message us when you leave.

This neighborhood is special for so many reasons. It has been deemed a historic district by the City Of Omaha, and is truly one of Omaha's cultural hearts. I love so much about what this neighborhood represents- culture, art, local businesses, and the growth of Little Bohemia is so exciting right now. Also, it's so close and convenient to the famous Old Market which is so picturesque and beautiful, not to mention filled with so many incredible restaurants and shops.
What makes this property unique
Our little townhome is a total charmer. It's bright and colorful exterior represents the mix of culture within Omaha and the surrounding neighborhoods, and the interior is filled with many modern updates on the interior for comfort and ease. It's walkable to the historic Vinton street and a very short drive (2-10 minutes) to so many major attractions.
