Perfectly positioned between Barefoot Beach and Bonita Bay Marina, you're minutes from the sand, Little Hickory Bay, waterfront dining like Coconut Jack's, and some of the area's best boating and sunset spots.
The home features a private screened-in pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a beach day and enjoying the Florida breeze. Pool heat is available as an optional add-on for a small daily fee if desired.
Inside the home you'll find comfortable living spaces ideal for families or couples traveling together:
• Primary suite: King bed, TV, direct access to the screened lanai — perfect for morning coffee by the pool. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanities.
• Second bedroom: King bed with TV and closet for clothing storage.
