Located in the beautiful Waikoloa Beach Resort, our Fairway Villas condo overlooks the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course with views toward the Petroglyph Trail and Mauna Kea. This second-floor unit features two bedrooms with king-size beds (with the option to convert the guest bedroom to separate twin beds), an open lanai, and a spacious living area with high ceilings and doorways that create an inviting, open feel.

The fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and reserved shaded carport parking space directly in front of the building provide the comforts and convenience of home. Enjoy the resort-style infinity pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area for relaxing days and evenings outdoors.

The condo is an easy walk to Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace, offering shopping, restaurants, and Hawaiian entertainment on outdoor stages. Nearby attractions include the Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort, with Dolphin Quest, snorkeling, swimming, and beautiful Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) beach just a short walk away. Explore the coastline on the Fisherman's Trail.

Hapuna Beach, famous for its beautiful sand and boogie boarding, is only about a 10-minute drive north. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards are provided for your use. With more than eight beaches within a short drive, including those in Waikoloa, Mauna Lani, Hapuna, and Mauna Kea, you will have plenty of options for enjoying Hawaii's incredible coastline.

We loved our stay here! The facility was clean upon arrival and well stocked with kitchen and beach items. We very much appreciated the four beach chairs, two boogie boards, cooler, and blue ice that were provided. We were able to walk to Kings and Queens market places, and were able to buy food and treats there. The master bed was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent communication. Condo contained all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach gear and plenty of towels. We enjoyed the "Welcome" package with the Kona coffee. We loved the golf course view from the lanai. We would definitely recommend this condo!

My husband and I obviously love it here since this was our fourth consecutive stay in this well appointed unit.The location is within easy walking distance to the market, shops and restaurants.The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need.There are numerous beach supplies including chairs,umbrellas and boogie boards.We especially enjoyed sitting on the comfortable lanai for morning coffee and occasional dinners. The view of the golf course and the sunrise many mornings are amazing.The owners Dick and Kathi are so delightful to work with and make it such an enjoyable experience.We would highly recommend this comfortable Hawaiian home and look forward to returning again.

This was our second stay at Fairway Villas and it this unit, in particular, was great! The host called while we were there and we had a great conversation. Allyson, the local concierge was terrific. A few glitches (lightbulb out, etc.) were handled immediately. The unit was impeccable; great furniture and decor. We loved it!

Great Home Away from Home

We had a wonderful stay in Waikoloa. This condo is well stocked, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach equipment, great view from the Lanai, easy walk to King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace, and the pool/hot tub. Hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful view of sunrises over Mauna Kea, convenient location, well equipped condo (including a knife sharpener!), covered parking spot, lovely grounds, and quiet! Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation, close to lots of activities including excellent beaches, hiking, and sightseeing.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

This condo was exactly as advertised, and met all our needs for our vacation. It was super clean and comfortable, we spent every morning on the patio watching the sunrise. The beach equipment came in very handy also, we used it for several adventures around the island. We would definitely come back to this great location!

Beautiful Golf Course View

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! The lanai overlooking the golf course was a very pleasant place to sit and watch golfers and also many different kinds of birds. We really appreciated the lovely welcome gift and the prompt attention to any questions we had. There was a lot of great information provided on attractions and things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

We loved the condo and there’s everything we need for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool/spa. They swam every day and when done they would take a quick walk to Starbucks! The condo is close to the market, gift shop and more. We definitely would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful vacation in your condo. It is close to the pool and BBQ area, which we used everyday. We also used the beach supplies at the beautiful near by beaches. The condo was clean and well stocked. We will stay here again!!

Quiet, clean with wonderful views.

Lovely well appointed condo. The unit is very quiet and the views were great. The kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything one might need to be comfortable…there was a nice little goody basket for guests that included coffee and treats. Highly recommend!
