The Dünenresidenz boasts a wonderful location. It is just a five-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach and the promenade, which is lined with many shops and restaurants. This beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor. The living room features a cosy sitting area with a leather sofa set and a large flat-screen TV. The furnished balcony spans the entire width of the living/dining room and faces west. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. All windows have blackout blinds. The children’s room features a sturdy bunk bed that is also suitable for adults. The master bedroom has a modern double bed with closets. The toilet with a sink and the modern shower room are separate from each other. Special features: lockable bike garage, internet/Wi-Fi, handcart. Outdoor parking space right next to the house. Just relax and take a deep breath.
