Holiday Apartment 18-5 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Your cosy 4-room “Bendix” apartment, featuring a balcony facing southeast, is designed in a natural style. Located on the 1st floor of Building 18, your apartment spans two levels and accommodates up to 6 people in a modern setting. Spanning approximately 70 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The Papillon holiday complex is located approximately 250 m from the beach.

Enjoy your well-deserved holiday on the furnished balcony, which you can access from the living area. The cosy living room features a comfortable upholstered seating area and a large dining table. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Designer flooring was chosen for the entire apartment.

The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner hob with oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. In the bedroom in the basement, a double bed (140 x 200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. You can store your clothes in the closet.

You can reach the other two bedrooms via the internal staircase in the living room. Each of these rooms features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet. Blackout roller shades are provided in the left bedroom on the upper floor. The right bedroom on the upper floor and the bedroom on the lower level are darkened with curtains.

The bathroom, featuring a double sink and a separate toilet, is tiled. A high chair and a cot are included in this apartment. A handcart in the basement is also available for your use. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in House 18. You can use coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement of the house. The outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high in the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
