Charming, sunny, quiet single-family home (70 m²) with a view of a protected area? 300 m to the Baltic Sea beach? Boltenhagen town centre 700m away. This holiday home for up to 6 people offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday and is tastefully decorated. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining area with a kitchenette, a cosy living room, and a fireplace (including a dishwasher); as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine. From the living/dining area, you have access to the sunny terrace. Upstairs is another bedroom with storage space available. The entrance to the house serves as a second terrace. Next to the entrance is a separate storage area for a grill, bicycles, and patio furniture. Additionally: Central heating, satellite TV, stereo/CD player, cot, ironing board, and iron. There are large lawns for relaxing and playing on the property. The house was built in 1998 and has since been completely renovated, among other things. Installation of a new guest bathroom on the ground floor in 2014, new bathroom in 2015, new living room in 2016, and a new bedroom on the ground floor in 2017, and a new kitchen in 2018

Important note: During peak season (June / July / August), check-in and check-out are always on Saturdays!

Activities: Baltic Sea spa with a seawater pool, boat rentals, diving school, sauna, solarium. Cinema, playgrounds, 25-kilometer bike paths, bike rentals, gym facilities. Wonnemar Water Park in Wismar (25 km).

Excursions: Butterfly House, Bothmer Klutz Castle in the neighbouring town (10 km)
Historic Hanseatic cities (with the old town and harbour) in Wismar (25 km), Lübeck (45 km), and Rostock (80 km)

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Es liegt fußläufig zum Strand, Ortszentrum und Supermarkt. Das Urlauberdorf ist absolut idyllisch und ideal für Kinder, weil weitgehend ohne Verkehr. Wenn Boltenhagen würden wir wieder hier hin gehen!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Häuschen ist modern eingerichtet & alles war sauber.Vorallem die Lage mit nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand oder zum nächsten Supermarkt ist perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Unsere Urlaubswoche im Urlauberdorf in Boltenhagen beim Gastgeber Herr Jaeger hat uns mega gut gut gefallen.Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich sehr sauber haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhig und komfortabel

Hatten ein paar sehr erholsame und ruhige Tage im fast leeren Urlauberdorf. Tolle Lage, am kleinen Wäldchen (Rehe kamen mehrmals am Haus vorbei), trotzdem nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Ferienhaus komplett ausgestattet, sehr wohnlich und sauber, haben uns wohlgefühlt. Danke und vllt bis nächstes Jahr!

Doppelhaus war mit allen was man braucht ausgestattet. Tolle Lage- nur 300 Meter zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder.

kleine Meckerrei

Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Nur war in der Küche wenig Platz für unsere Lebensmittel und das Geschirr sowie auch andere Küchenutensilien sollten mal auf ihre Nutzbarkeit überprüft werden,z.B hatte das Geschirr viele Sprünge. Unten im Bad läuft das Wasser in dem Waschbecken schlecht ab. Das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht beeinträchtig haben, nur so zur Info. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ruhe war angenehm .

Schön dass es Ihnen im Ferienhaus gefallen hat und vielen Dank für die kleinen Hinweise. Die kleinen Mängel (Abfluss) werden wir umgehend beseitigen. Küchenutensilien werden wir prüfen und ggf. neu anschaffen. Platz für Lebensmittel ist in der geräumigen Küche mit dem neuen, großen Kühlschrank schon jetzt ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren für eine Woche mit der Familie (Eltern, Kleinkind, Großeltern) in der Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, genau so wie es in der Beschreibung versprochen wird. Sehr schön ist auch die Nähe zum Spielplatz, die Wiesen rund um die Häuser im Urlauberdorf und die relativ geringe Entfernung zum Strand. Vielen Dank!

Gemütliche Fewo, tolle Lage, toller Ort

Saubere gemütliche Wohnung mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenzeile, Babybett, Babystuhl, diverse gesellschaftsspiele, Schuppen mit Bollerwagen und Grill). Super waren auch die vielen abstellmöglichkeiten durch Einbauschränke. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Terasse war ziemlich zu gewachsen und dadurch etwas dunkel

Maiwoche an der Ostsee

Komfortabler Check Inn per Schlüsselbox. Super geräumiges und modernes Haus mit zwei Bädern auf zwei Stockwerken. Große, ruhige Sonnenterrasse. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Schnelles Internet und nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. Einfach Perfekt. Wir werden wiederkommen!
