Holiday Apartment 03–5 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people. It was extensively renovated and refurnished in late 2023.

An outdoor staircase leads you to the 4-room holiday apartment on the ground floor. Located at the end of the building, the apartment faces southwest. With approximately 68 m² of living space spread over two floors, you’ll find a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

You can access the furnished balcony from the living room. Here you can enjoy the sun. The living room features a dining area. A modern flat-screen TV provides entertainment. An interior staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic. The living area also features a fold-out couch (140 x 193 cm).

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The living area has vinyl flooring. The bedrooms also have vinyl flooring.

The lower bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bedrooms in the attic are furnished with two double beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm), two single beds (80 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. You’ll also find a TV in both bedrooms. The large closet in the hallway offers additional storage space.

The bright, tiled shower room features two sinks. There is a separate toilet with a window. A bicycle storage room in the building is available for use. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 3, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
