The apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space, spans two floors and features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a built-in kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Papillon holiday complex is about 250 m.<br><br>Your living room on the lower level features a cosy sitting area and a large dining area that seats six people. A high chair is available for young guests. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and a selection of books. An internal staircase leads to the two bedrooms in the attic.<br><br>The built-in modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The kitchen area has tile flooring. The entire lower living and sleeping area has laminate flooring.<br><br>Your bedroom on the 1st floor is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms in the attic are each furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Curtains or a roller shade are provided to block out light at the windows.<br><br>The spacious shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet with a window. Bicycles can be securely stored in the bike storage room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 15. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building.
