Holiday Apartment No. 35 at the Seestern Residence is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This spacious, luxuriously furnished 65 m² two-room holiday apartment is located on the top floor and features a 9 m² south-facing balcony, a living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 100 m away.

Warm colours and a distinctive, appealing style create a cosy atmosphere throughout the holiday apartment. This beautiful and modern apartment is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

The living room features a sleeper sofa with a fold-out mattress (140 x 200 cm) that can accommodate 2 people. For entertainment, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV with Sky channels, a DVD player, and a stereo system. You can access the balcony, which is furnished with comfortable balcony furniture, directly from the living room. Enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea resort!

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (2 x 100 x 180 cm). The holiday apartment has tile floors and is therefore completely suitable for people with allergies. Curtains on the windows provide privacy.

The kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven (with microwave function), a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A cosy dining area is located right next to the kitchen.

The Residenz Seestern holiday complex is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes free use of the swimming pool. In the sauna area, you can spend relaxing hours in the sauna facilities (for a small fee). Popular restaurants await you on the ground floor of Residenz Seestern.

The complex features an lift and an underground car park (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bicycle storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and Sky are available free of charge.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Modern and centrally located, the four apartment buildings of the Residenz Seestern are situated right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The beach is 100 m away.

Pets are allowed in some apartments.
All apartments offer free Wi-Fi and Sky.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height 1.95 metres).


Holiday apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your holiday rental by lift (dimensions: 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground car park or via three steps from the building entrance. Of course, every holiday rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandpit, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, Residenz Seestern offers a wellness area in Building 1, where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or enjoy the sauna (for a fee) in a well-maintained setting (the Residenz Seestern wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground car park.

Next to the underground car park, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground car park are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
