Perfect 3-bed condo with AC in tranquil Myrtle Beach, Our condo has a 4.66 rate

Myrtle Beach is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom condo. Inside, guests find three comfortable queen beds and two bathrooms equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, plus a handy hair dryer. The space stays cozy year-round with heating and air conditioning. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or preparing a meal, this welcoming condo offers a fantastic spot to unwind. Enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer when you stay at our place. You will have access to the pool and there's two hot tubs next to the pool condo is equipped with a washer and dryer should you need it. We just ask if you could shake out the beach sand before washing it dose a number on the machine. besides the beach and shopping there a PGA level golf course directly across the street. Along with all that just a few minutes away there's also water slides, Go-kart racing and Pirate shows and other attractions for everyone. Depending on when you are coming down, check to see if something that you wanted to do is open. I believe everything is open by June. But pleases check. One last thing are condo had a 4.66 rating but since we took over as host we had to start over.

No surprises our condo is on the third floor, no elevator. Also they are doing some construction next door building single family homes. They usually finish up around around 3;45pm so by time you get back from the beach or shopping they should be done.

Why they chose this property

I was stationed here in Myrtle Beach in the Air Force good times in the 80's It was a good time then and it still is now. we live in the condo in the winter, Then travel in the summer to see the family all over we have family in Europe as well.

What makes this property unique

Our Condo is very centrally located If you want to Golf there a PGA level course across the street. If you want to shop at the outlets they are 5 minutes on 501 West if it's the Beach you seek it's 8 to 10 minutes on 501 East all the other attractions water slides, Go-Karts and many other things are all just 5 to 10 minutes away
