Holiday Apartment No. 60 at the Sünnslag Resort is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

This 4-room apartment, with approximately 75 m² of living space and a southeast-facing balcony, offers a modern holiday home for up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and spans two levels. It features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m.

The furnished balcony is accessible from the living area. It opens directly onto the light-filled living room. Relax on the comfortable sofa set and enjoy the modern flat-screen TV or the stereo system with CD/USB, as well as a DVD and Blu-ray player. The cosy dining area for 6 people is perfect for shared meals or game nights with the family.

The kitchen is separate. In addition to plenty of dishes, the kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven at a comfortable height, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The two lower bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet for your holiday wardrobe. The open sleeping area in the attic is accessible via the stairs in the living room. Here you’ll find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. Blackout blinds on all windows ensure a restful night’s sleep. High-quality designer flooring is installed throughout the entire apartment.

The modern shower room features a heated towel rack. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Your assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack on the building. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).
