Holiday Apartment No. 2 at Strandvilla Niklot is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The approximately 70 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and features a living room, a high-quality kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a guest bathroom, and a southwest-facing terrace. It’s only about 10 metres from the beach.

Warm colours and an elegant style create a cosy atmosphere throughout the entire holiday rental. In the living room, you can relax in front of the large flat-screen TV. The stylish dining area offers plenty of space for culinary experiences. Directly from the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing terrace, which is equipped with a beach chair, among other things. Enjoy the afternoon and evening sun here, listen to the sound of the waves, and treat yourself to a short break from everyday life. Look forward to a few relaxing days by the sea.

Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), are ready for you. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains. The entire holiday rental is tiled.

The high-quality, modern kitchen features a dishwasher, a stove with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and much more. The shower room is modernly equipped. A guest bathroom is available. On the terrace, you can make full use of the electric grill (tabletop grill).

The Niklot Beach Villa is located in a prime beachfront location on the boardwalk. An lift, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a garage parking space (height 2.00 m) directly at the house are available. A locked bike shed next to the house is at your disposal. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

The modern villa blends in with the row of many old villas along the beach promenade. It was completed in 2008 on the site of the former Café Böhmes. The new construction made it possible to create spacious holiday apartments here. Its name comes from the last powerful Slavic Wenden prince, “Prince Niklot.”

Some holiday apartments offer a direct lake view or a partial lake view. The building is very well equipped with Wi-Fi, an lift, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or above-ground garage. All of the spacious 3-room holiday apartments are individually furnished and feature a balcony or terrace. There is a separate shed for bicycles on the property.

You can reach Strandvilla Niklot directly via Rallenweg. You’re just about 10 metres away from the 4.5-km-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Shopping options, such as an Edeka supermarket, are only about a 5-minute walk away (approx. 300 m).

It’s also just a 15-minute walk to the pier and Boltenhagen’s spa park. Stroll right along the beach promenade and listen to the sound of the sea on your way to the spa park.
