Your holiday rental No. 6 at Villa Bernstein is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 adults and one child up to 2 years old.

Located on the 1st floor, this 55 m² apartment is bright and tastefully furnished. In addition to the living room with a kitchenette, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a shower. The beach is just 100 m away.

In the combined living/dining room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and an inviting dining area where you can enjoy your meals. Amenities include a 32-inch (81 cm) LCD colour TV with satellite reception, a stereo system, and an additional TV in one of the bedrooms. From the living room of the holiday rental, you have direct access to the large southwest-facing balcony, which is protected by fly screens and equipped with balcony furniture and an awning.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, sandwich maker, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) with oven, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes. On cool holiday days, a wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth for both body and mind.

The holiday rental features two bedrooms. One room features a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) with a full-length mattress and a child’s cot, and the other room has a sleeper sofa (unfolded sleeping surface: 180 cm x 205 cm). Young guests are welcome in this holiday rental. Fly screens in both rooms protect you from pesky insects. A high chair is available for use. Curtains provide privacy and protection from the sun.

The bathroom features light-colored tile flooring and is comfortably equipped with a semicircular shower (90 cm x 90 cm), a wall-mounted toilet, a sink, a heated towel rack, and a washer-dryer. The underfloor heating in the shower room ensures a pleasant warmth.

The hallway features a coat rack and a separate storage room. An ironing board and an iron are provided for your use. For younger guests, you’ll find a cot with a cot mattress and a high chair. The entire apartment is tiled with light-colored Italian tiles that have a wood-like appearance.

The apartment comes with a parking space. In a separate garden shed, you’ll find a designated space for bicycles and/or strollers. A handcart is available for your use. The fenced-in lawn behind the house, covering approximately 800 m², offers a great play area for badminton and other games.

Please understand that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the holiday rental. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The bright and modern Villa Bernstein holiday complex is located on Ostseeallee at the entrance to the Tarnewitz area. The beach is about 90 metres away.

Our modernly furnished holiday rental invites you to enjoy time together in the apartment with its cosy living-dining area featuring an integrated kitchenette. Two well-equipped bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to four people and a toddler to enjoy restful nights. On cooler evenings, you can spend cosy hours in the living room by the fireplace with a cheerful wood fire. Starting at noon, the south-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing.

You can park your bicycles in the bike rack next to the house.
