Spacious three bedroom and three full bathroom “upside down” living in the desirable Beacon Beach section. Short, pleasant walk to protected beach, with no streets to cross.

Cathedral ceilings and central air-conditioning. Ceiling fans throughout. Master bedroom with California king-sized bed, new bathroom with tiled walk-in shower, smart TV, and deck. Linens available for California king bed only. Each bedroom has deck access. First-floor and second-floor bathrooms recently renovated. Kitchen is supplied with drip-coffee maker/filters, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, pots/pans and various spices. Kitchen has granite countertops, ceramic tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, and breakfast bar, in addition to a full dining room, which opens to a deck with table and chairs and gas grill for outdoor cooking and dining. Living room has large, mounted flat-screen smart TV, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house. New luxury vinyl flooring installed in main living area with newly installed carpeting on the stairs.

Small backyard. On-premises washer and dryer. Use of FIVE beach chairs and EIGHT beach tags included.
