Your holiday rental No. 13 at Haus am Teich is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Holiday Apartment No. 13 is located on the ground floor and, with approximately 53 m² of living space, features a terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon sun, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 100 metres away.

The living/dining room, which features tile flooring and underfloor heating, is, of course, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. You’ll also find a double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) here.

In the bedroom, the comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The two-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. A second flat-screen TV is also located here. Curtains hang at the windows. The floor is tiled.

The kitchenette integrated into the living room is also high-quality. In addition to plenty of dishes, a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave, you’ll also find a dishwasher. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower.

An underground parking space ensures safe storage for your car. Bicycles you bring with you can also be safely stored here. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms within the holiday complex. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available!

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).


Facility:

The “Haus am Teich” holiday complex is located one block back from Dünenweg in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. It is about 100 metres to the beach.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to availability).

Pets are allowed in some apartments.

A designated parking spot is reserved for your car either in the underground garage next to the building or in the outdoor car park.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for doing your holiday laundry. You can store your bicycles in the shared storage room in the underground car park.
