The Reet/AM20b holiday home is a two-unit house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

This holiday home with a thatched roof offers four rooms spread across three floors. Enjoy your holiday at its very best. You’ll have approximately 100 m² of living space, including a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the holiday home, you’ll find the living room, a cosy dining area, a sofa, and the integrated kitchenette. The shower room and the entryway are also located here.

The living room is modern and very tastefully furnished. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The spacious south-facing terrace—which is, of course, furnished—is accessible directly from the living room. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and much more.

The bedrooms in the attic feature a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 x 200 cm), each with a TV and closets offering plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The attic also features a bathroom with a bathtub and a hallway.

The loft contains another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). For our younger guests, a high chair, a cot with a mattress, and a handcart (subject to availability) are provided. One pet is allowed in this non-smoking home. An infrared sauna and a washing machine are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided free of charge.

The Mariannenweg holiday resort is located in a traffic-calmed area in the second row. The car park is right at the resort’s entrance. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. This holiday home comes with 1 designated parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. The beach is only about 400 m away.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the proper return of the holiday rental. Your security deposit is €250.00. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof houses, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched-roof houses within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the rocking animals, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the cottages.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each cottage, is located right at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

Am Mariannenweg Holiday Village


At the Am Mariannenweg holiday resort, exclusive holiday homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people depending on the layout.
You are, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you bring with you, you’ll find a shed or bike rack at each house.
