When we discovered this area, we were drawn to the incredible natural beauty and the relaxed pace of life. The combination of quiet canals, nearby world-class beaches, and endless opportunities for water activities makes it one of our favorite places to unwind and recharge.
As hosts, our goal is to create a place where guests can experience that same feeling. We designed the villa to be a space where friends and families can enjoy the outdoors, spend time together, and make the most of everything island living has to offer—from mornings on the water to sunset dinners by the pool.

We chose the Leeward neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of privacy, natural beauty, and convenience. Located along the peaceful Leeward Canal, the area is known for its quiet residential atmosphere, beautiful waterfront homes, and easy access to some of the best experiences Turks and Caicos has to offer.
One of the things we love most about this neighborhood is the direct access to the water. The calm canals make it ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and wakesurfing right from the dock, while the nearby open ocean provides endless opportunities for exploring the island by boat.
The neighborhood is also just minutes from two of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Grace Bay Beach, consistently ranked among the best beaches in the world, is a short drive away with its powder-white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water.
