This was an excellent apartment in a great location, with a host who went the extra mile. Communication with Kim was exceptional. She provided a wealth of information and the process was easy. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and perfectly situated. I would gladly stay here again.

perfect place to stay in Collioure

The appartment is perfectly located and has a nice atmosphere in the old building. The kitchen equipment is a little bit poor but many restaurants are very close. I would come back again if we will come to Collioure again.

My second visit to the chateau and hope it won't be my last.Because of the proximity to St Vincent beach we just went out with our towels. Wonderful. And that ledge at the chuch wall FABULOUS SUN TRAP on a windy day.Great food and drink metres away.Communication with Kim was great.

Great Experience in Collioure

The apartment is wonderful, very home like. Everything you might need is provided. The instructions for arrival/departure are perfect. Our host was very responsive when we had a question upon arrival. We would love to return to this space. Wish we had more time.

Excellent communication with host. Directions to the property, once in Colliour, excellent. Marred only by the state of the kitchen unit which need attention and the number of small somewhat dangerous steps. This property is not suitable for even the slightly disabled. Both bedrooms comfortable with hanging space

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in questo appartamento. Il suo punto di forza è senza dubbio la posizione: centralissima, con diverse spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi e negozi, ristoranti e tutti i servizi praticamente sotto casa. Questa posizione comporta naturalmente un po' di rumore e il passaggio di molte persone davanti alle finestre, ma era chiaramente prevedibile e per noi non ha rappresentato alcun problema.Un altro grande punto a favore è l'host: la comunicazione con Kim è stata eccellente dall'inizio alla fine. Le informazioni fornite erano molto dettagliate, le risposte sempre rapide e la disponibilità davvero impeccabile.L'unico aspetto che ci sentiamo di segnalare riguarda la pulizia. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una spolverata più accurata e generale. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo preferito passare l'aspirapolvere e pulire anche il ventilatore, che era piuttosto impolverato. Anche la lavatrice trarrebbe beneficio da una pulizia profonda e magari cambierei la tenda che ha alcuni punti di muffa.Nel complesso, con una maggiore attenzione a questi dettagli, l'alloggio potrebbe offrire un'esperienza davvero eccellente, perché la posizione e l'ospitalità dell'host sono assolutamente tra i suoi punti di forza.

Notre séjour c est bien passé, un seul petit soucis nous n avons pas pu accéder à la location en voiture pour décharger des plots empêche tout passage il faut un badge pour accéder.nous avons pris un abonnement pour stationner mais nous n avons droit au stationnement gérer Par les hodorateurs le premier parking de trouve a 10 mn à pied et lacoy

Het is een heel mooi plekje in het mooie collioure. We hebben ervan genoten. Zelf inchecken ging prima, communicatie verliep goed, ziet er uit als op de foto's. Fijn dat we wat strandspullen konden gebruiken.

Appartement charmant très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé à côté de l'église Notre Dame des Anges. On aperçoit même la mer de la chambre! L'appartement est confortable et charmant dans une grosse bâtisse avec son entrée individuelle directement depuis une petite rue piétonne. Il y a des commerces à proximité comme le carrefour city à 5 min et de nombreux restaurants. La propriétaire Kim est très disponible en cas de questions. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment near the sea

Wonderfully located, clean, and spacious apartment near the sea and beaches, market and shops. I look for good beds, good shower, good location. This had all three. We had a few minor issues and were able to immediately get in touch with the host and have them quickly addressed, which is really the best you can expect. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might not find everything you're accustomed to having, but the kitchen has all the basics, plus a dishwasher!

Sunny days in Collioure

Perfect location, short distance to everything, specially the beach. In warm days like we had, it was perfect with thick walls to keep the heat out and a nice breeze inside. Kitchen weare could have been refreshed, a bit old and weary. We had a wonderful long week, will certainly be back:). Smiles from us Norwegians:):):)

Gite non conforme aux photos, peu entretenu. Par endroits dans les chambres, murs dėcrėpis, portes des chambres qui ne fermaient pas, plus de rideau å la fenêtre du salon, ni de tringle sauf un support, deux vieilles bougies consumėes dans deux verres dont un cassė, dans une chambre un bac anti-humidité rempli d'eau croupie, vitres très sales,dans l'espace cuisine, dessus de hotte grasse, grille-pain rouillė, placards pas rangės, poussière sur les meubles, livres et DVD uniquement en anglais. Le ménage est pourtant compris dans le prix de la location... Ce gite à obtenu l'excellence en 2017, mais depuis ça s'est dėgradė... Seul point positif : l'emplacement qui permet de tout faire å pied dans Collioures.
