Two of the suites include soaking tubs and open-air showers, offering a spa-like experience in total privacy. A fifth garden-view suite is ideal for teens, extended family, or additional guests.

Outside, the infinity-edge pool looks out over a quiet stretch of white sand beach—ideal for launching the villa’s kayaks, snorkeling the nearby reef, or simply enjoying the calm, shallow waters. Horseback riding through the ocean is just a few minutes away, and one of the island’s most iconic restaurants, Da Conch Shack, is a short walk down the beach.

At the time of booking, Vrbo collects only its service fee, which is separate from the rental payment.

After booking, we will contact you directly with payment instructions to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to arrival (or at the time of booking if within 90 days).

Notes;

• Two additional guests, including babies/infants, may be permitted with a supplemental fee.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $400 per week of AC cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• One mid-week cleaning is included in the rental rate. Additional cleaning is available for an additional cost.

• Our villas include a coffee maker, washer & dryer, gas BBQ grill, beach towels, hairdryers, iron/ironing board (upon request), and a starter supply of paper products (which are not replenished). Portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are typically available but are not guaranteed. Baby gear, kayaks, and SUPs are not usually included but can be rented. Post-COVID, most of our villas do not include communal snorkel gear.
